These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ranok website, operated by Ranok, LLC (“Ranok,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and not barred from using the site under applicable law.

You may use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Inquiries are not reservations
The site allows you to make inquiries about stays. Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation, hold any dates, or commit Ranok to providing any property or service. Reservations are confirmed only when we expressly accept them in writing and any deposit or payment we require has been received. The terms of a confirmed stay are governed by a separate rental or booking agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through the site. By submitting information, you grant Ranok a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, and process that information to operate the business and respond to your inquiry. You agree not to submit information that is false, infringes the rights of others, or violates law.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Ranok name and marks, is owned by Ranok, LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of it without our prior written permission, except for limited personal viewing of the site.

The site may include links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Ranok. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that party’s terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Ranok does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Photographs and descriptions of properties are for illustrative purposes; actual conditions, furnishings, and availability may vary.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranok and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Ranok’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may change these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any rental or booking agreement governing a confirmed stay and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ranok with respect to the site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
